Save the Kids (STK) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2009 dedicated to transforming the juvenile justice system and ending community and institutional violence in New York.
STK located in Syracuse, New York collaborates with Hillbrook Youth Detention Center, Onondaga County Probation, SUNY Cortland, Center for Community Alternatives, Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, Onondaga Community College, American Friends Service Committee, GEAR Up, and many other organizations and agencies in-order to achieve our goals. We are always looking to work with more agencies, nonprofits, and scholars.

There are three forms and one that is only needed for additional addresses. Two of the forms need to be sign in front of a notary. The other form needs to be signed and filled completely out not missing a year where the person lived. After all forms in this column are completed mail them off to:
